Free Shipping Within Germany

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous Germany.

Please Note:

  • Free shipping applies only Germany.

  • Orders Countries are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Applied discounts may affect eligibility.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! A flat shipping fee of $199 is applied at checkout for all international orders.

  • Delivery times: 14 to 21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their local authorities.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once the order ships.

Shipping & Delivery Times (German Orders)

In-Stock Items:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM MST (Monday–Friday) ship same business day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM, weekends, or holidays ship next business day.

Out-of-Stock Items:

  • Will ship as soon as restocked from the manufacturer.

Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within the Germany

Return Policy

Products

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The engine is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all materials included.

Parts & Accessories

We accept returns on most parts and accessories if they meet the following:

Return Window:

  • Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, including manuals, tags, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electrical components are non-returnable.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fees:

  • No restocking fees for eligible returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us:

  2. Repackage the Item:
    Ensure it’s securely repacked in original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
    Do not write on or damage manufacturer packaging.

  3. Ship the Item:
    Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to reflect.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Retain All Packaging
    Keep the box, packaging materials, and all contents.

  2. Contact Us Within 48 Hours
